Brome Bird Care Warranty: My Experiences

I noticed that the bird feeder wasn’t working as it should. The SquirrelBuster Standard contains a spring so that when a non-bird attempts to put its weight on the feeder the shroud comes down and seals off the feeding trough.

Time for a warranty check. Brome Bird Care is a Canadian company based out of Quebec.

I fired off an email to info@bromebirdcare.com with my issue and they responded the next day asking for my details so they could ship me a replacement part for the feeder. No fuss no muss.

The part arrived the next week and they sent out an email the next month inquiring about my outcome after the replacement.

This is how you do warranty replacement and keep a customer. Bravo.
