Cable Outage

Friday August 9th and another cable outage. Rogers continually seems to like to do network breaking changes at this time for some reason and I’m sure it won’t be the last.
This one lasted around 6 hours starting around 7PM and was a big one affecting all third party cable internet providers as well as a portion of Rogers own infrastructure.
I’m always reminded how stable my previous dsl connection actually was. I’ve had more downtime on my first month of cable than over 15 years of dsl service.
