Canada Post vs China

There is definitely something going on with package shipment between Canada and China over the last several months.  Packages that used to be delivered in under 30 days in 2016 are simply not arriving in 2017.  I still have packages that have not been delivered since early January 2017.

There's seems to be no official discussion about why this is happening and the solution to the issue.
